Recreational

1 Hour per week or NEW 2 Hour per Week Program

Great for new swimmers looking to dip their toes into the sport of artistic swimming. Develop the basic skills and techniques essential for athlete development.

Regional League

(Previously Pre-Competitive)

4 Hours per week

Great for the returning swimmer looking to continue building their artistic swimming skills, or for new swimmers eager to get a taste of our Competitive programs.

Hours Dependent on Team Placement

WRASC’s Provincial and National Competitive Programs are for experienced swimmers looking to develop complex skills and compete provincially, nationally, and even internationally.

Adapted

Hours Dependent on the Individual Swimmer

The adapted program is available to swimmers who are unable to swim in the mainstream program due to a physical or cognitive disability. Adapted swimmers can participate in any of our leagues based on their skill level or preference, up to and including Competitively at the Provincial or National Level.

Masters

1 1/2 or 2 Hours per week

WRASC’s 18+ Masters program is the perfect option for experienced swimmers looking to continue their training, or for newcomers looking to try artistic swimming for the first time!
